Workshops are conducted by Joseph Eldridge,

personally under the watchful eyes of Joseph Eldridge,
Managing Director and CEO, Centre for Management Research and Development CMRD - Consulting Group. He specializes
in Consumer Behaviour Research, Managerial Strategic Vision,
Leadership and Marketing Consulting. He also envisages
Social Sector Consulting.
He has a special knack in Communication Enhancement.
He has devoted his life, beginning in young adulthood,
to bridging the cultural and commercial gap between careers.
Active cross-culturally, for most of his life through
living, studying, training, and consulting in unfamiliar
cultures, and through writing articles and books on intercultural
communication, He has been able to dedicate his experience
in enhancing people's ability to thrive in unfamiliar
cultures through research, program design, teaching, training,
writing, and consulting.
He brings to the table over 15 years of Management
experience in the training and development field.
His degrees in Science, Law, Management Research and Management
Development make him very comfortable in dealing with
the training and development experience in varied scenarios.
His specialties include skill development in communications
related to managing, selling, team building and interacting
in a multi-cultural environment. Joseph Eldridge
has been training and consulting in business development
for the past fifteen years and holds a business degree
from the Universities of California and Atlanta.
He has an MCMR from University of Atlanta and an MBL and
MBA from University of California. Joseph Eldridge
has been responsible for the reorganization of the training
function and establishing partnerships with outside training
organizations. He has a wealth of experience,
in all facets of Personnel, Labor Relations, Education,
Training, Change and Management/Leadership Transition.
He is an experienced facilitator of Negotiation Strategies
and Management Consultancy. With this background
he brings into CMRD a record of successful performance
in training, motivational techniques, problem solving
and outstanding results in the application of modern methods.
He has consulted with numerous Fortune 100 companies in:
